



Selling a home, particularly a unique home in a depressed marketing is an extremely challenging experience. I needed to find an agent that was prepared to collaborate, be innovative and do things differently – because the standard cookie cutter approach to selling homes is not as effective in a depressed market; I selected Barry Plant after having an unsuccessful auction and after working with 4 different agencies in a nonexclusive agreement for three months.
